1. About Us

Static Trader is a caravan dealership operating in the United Kingdom. Our registered business details are available on request. References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to Static Trader.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, or to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.

3. Purchasing a Caravan

All caravans advertised on this website are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice. A contract between you and us will only be formed when we have accepted your order and received cleared payment or a signed agreement.

4. Deposits & Reservations

A deposit may be required to reserve a caravan. Deposits are non-refundable unless the sale falls through due to our fault or the caravan is materially mis-described. We will confirm the deposit amount and any applicable terms in writing before you pay.

5. Condition of Goods

We endeavour to accurately describe all caravans, including any known defects. Used caravans are sold as seen unless otherwise stated in writing. We recommend that buyers carry out their own independent inspection before purchase. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

6. Finance

Finance products are provided by third-party lenders. We are a credit broker, not a lender. Finance is subject to status, terms, and conditions of the lender. We will provide details of any finance arrangement in writing before you commit to an agreement.

7. Part Exchange

Part-exchange valuations are subject to physical inspection of the vehicle and are not binding until confirmed in writing by us. We reserve the right to revise a valuation if the actual condition differs materially from the description provided.

8. Delivery

If delivery is agreed, the risk in the caravan passes to you on delivery. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be confirmed in writing. Time of delivery is estimated and is not of the essence unless expressly agreed otherwise.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to the above, our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the caravan in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Static Trader. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
