We’d just like you to be aware of the following information which relates to our overall terms and conditions.
At Southeast Static Trader, we set our prices to help our customers get the best possible off-site static caravan bargains. To achieve this, and to keep costs as low as possible for our customers, our policy is to sell static caravans in as-seen condition, based on viewing the caravan in person.
Of course, we do offer photographs and videos to help you get an idea of what each caravan offers. We find this is especially useful for our customers who don’t live locally enough to view in person. When taking photographs, we take care to offer as much detail and technical information as possible. However, please be aware that all images are offered as guidance only and should not be relied on in lieu of inspecting the caravan in-person.
Finally, when you buy a caravan from us, please be aware:
- We can give no assurances that any of the appliances, systems or plumbing are in working order. However, for your peace of mind we do offer an electric and gas testing service, which you can read more about here.
- We offer no warranties on any static caravans we sell, or fixtures, fittings and appliances within.
- In all cases, we strongly recommend that relevant, qualified professionals check all electric, gas and plumbing fixtures, fittings and appliances before first use, once your caravan has been sited.
