The customer was selling a static caravan which was sited at a holiday park in Kent. In this instance, the customer wanted an off-site sale, as the static needed to be moved off the park.
Usually, when a static caravan is offered to us for sale, we visit and appraise it on-site. On this occasion, Tony from our buying team received very good quality images and useful information from the customer. Using this information, it was possible to appraise the static caravan and to research against the recommended book price, to ensure the best possible deal for our customer.
The customer sold her caravan to Static Trader at a price which she felt was a good deal.
